At Corus, we are committed to recognising our responsibility to everyone we engage with – our customers, employees, suppliers, communities, and the environment. Central to this is our guiding principle: “Doing Business Well.”
This philosophy underpins everything we do, shaping our decisions, behaviours, and the way we deliver our services. While this commitment is supported by formal company policies, it extends beyond them—defining the standard of experience we aim to provide to all stakeholders.
Below is a summary of our key policies. Full copies are available upon request.
Ethical Business Practices
We conduct business with honesty, integrity, and transparency. Our policy sets clear expectations for employees, directors, and third parties to ensure all activities are carried out ethically, responsibly, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Complaints Handling
We are committed to delivering high standards of customer service and recognise that, on occasion, issues may arise. When they do, we aim to resolve them promptly, fairly, and transparently.
All complaints are overseen by our Company Directors to ensure accountability and consistency. Customers can raise concerns via their account manager or by contacting clientsupport@corusgroup.co.uk.
Corus is also registered with the Energy Ombudsman, providing eligible micro-business customers with access to a free, independent dispute resolution service.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued and everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
All employment decisions are based on merit, capability, and business needs. We actively promote equality of opportunity and seek to eliminate discrimination in all areas of our business.
Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG)
We are committed to minimising our environmental impact, supporting positive social outcomes, and maintaining strong governance standards.
Corus operates responsibly and transparently, with a focus on continuous improvement and alignment with industry best practice. We are working towards Net Zero by 2040, supported by annual carbon footprint measurement and ongoing reduction initiatives.
Health & Safety
We are dedicated to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees and those affected by our activities.
Our approach extends beyond compliance to include employee wellbeing, which we actively promote as part of our company culture.
Data Protection & Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting confidential information and handling personal data in accordance with UK data protection legislation, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Robust controls are in place to ensure data is processed securely, lawfully, and transparently, and that all client and commercial information is safeguarded against unauthorised access or disclosure.
